Leadership Youth Leadership Augusta is a leadership development program of the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce that has been empowering high school students across the CSRA for more than 20 years. The program is designed to identify, educate, and inspire emerging young leaders by providing meaningful opportunities to explore the region's businesses, industries, government, education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and community resources. Through monthly sessions, hands-on experiences, and leadership development activities, students gain a deeper understanding of the community while building the skills, confidence, and relationships needed to become engaged and effective leaders.

Since its inception, hundreds of students have completed the Youth Leadership Augusta program, many of whom have gone on to pursue higher education, launch successful careers, and serve as leaders throughout the CSRA and beyond. The program brings together a diverse group of students representing public, private, and charter high schools across the region, creating lasting friendships and networks while fostering a lifelong commitment to civic engagement and community leadership.

Youth Leadership Augusta continues to play a vital role in developing the next generation of leaders by investing in the students who will shape the future of our region.
