Adult Class of 2027 Chairs Announced

Applications are now open for Leadership Augusta's prestigious Class of 2027, closing on April 17th. Established in 1980 by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Augusta is dedicated to educating and inspiring emerging and existing leaders to strengthen the community. The program offers participants in-depth exposure to regional achievements, challenges, and opportunities while fostering meaningful connections across cultural and economic boundaries. Leadership Augusta is proud to announce that Taylor Lamb will be the adult Class of 2027 Chair, and Kaylee Snead will serve as Co-Chair. 

Taylor Lamb, Class of 2024 and Co-Chair in 2026, is the Director of Marketing & Creative Services at Augusta University, overseeing marketing strategies, advertising, branding, and trademark and licensing. Previously, he served as Digital Content Manager and Director of Athletic Media Relations. Taylor collaborates across university teams to support strategic initiatives and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Georgia College & State University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University. He resides in Columbia County with his wife and three children. 

Kaylee Snead, Class of 2025, is the Community Development Specialist at Augusta National Golf Club, where she is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of a wide range of community development projects and philanthropic investments.  Kaylee is an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department at Augusta University, where she teaches American Government. She previously served as the External Relations Manager for Augusta University, leading efforts to build and strengthen relationships in support of the institution’s strategic goals. Kaylee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Augusta University and holds a Master of Public Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership.  She currently serves on the Young Professionals Board for Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta and volunteers with the Irish American Heritage Society. Kaylee lives in Augusta with her two daughters, Violet and Eleanor.
