Elizabeth Macuch Mendoza

Elizabeth Macuch Mendoza is the CEO and owner of Macuch Rebar & Embeds, LLC, a fourth generation steel industry leader based in Georgia. Her company fabricates rebar for commercial and precast construction projects across the Southeast. Elizabeth began her career in the accounting department and spent more than two decades working across nearly every function of the business including HR, marketing, project management, purchasing, and operations before leading the rebar division into independent ownership in 2024.

Under her leadership, the company has prioritized workforce development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth while honoring its deep Augusta roots. She leads with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and is deeply committed to developing people, improving systems, and delivering consistent, high-performance results.

Elizabeth is a wife, a mother of two, and a proud advocate for women in manufacturing and entrepreneurship. Her leadership blends gritty execution with long-range vision, and she remains committed to building strong companies, strong teams, and a stronger community.
