Leadership Augusta Executive Forum

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Leadership Augusta Executive Forum is to select CEO's and senior management from Augusta area businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations to participate in a brief, intense training program about the Augusta area and local issues. The Executive Forum will help these executives identify opportunities for contributing their leadership skills to the community.

History

Leadership Augusta's Executive Forum is an intensive two-and-a-half day retreat for chief executives, particularly those who may be new to the Augusta area. It is available to a small group of invited participants and their spouses. The program presents an overview of life in the Augusta area and encourages frank and open discussion of important problems and issues.

Executive Forum began in 1994 to allow key business people in Metro Augusta to participate in the timely program. These individuals have created lasting networks that have proven essential to creating a vital, positive community for current and future generations. Graduates from this program will join the ranks of all Leadership Augusta Alumni who have acquired the skills, knowledge, and passion necessary to participate fully in the life of this community.

Executive Forum is by invitation only.

To inquire about participating, email Angie Martin, Vice President, Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce.
